In the last few weeks my iPhone 14 pro max stopped being able to send replies to any marketing messages. I have tried every troubleshooting activity listing and nothing has worked. Any ideas?
We are here to help with any service concerns. Please elaborate more to be on the same page. What changed with your device before you noticed this problem? What happens when you send a reply to marketing texts? Any particular error messages?

Nothing has changed that I am aware of. Whenever I try to reply to a marketing SMS I get the red exclamation point and not delivered error.

My Android does the same thing. I'm not able to send a "STOP" text or confirmation texts to safe numbers. HELP
