I decided to trade in my iPhone 7 for an iPhone 14 because I had an offer to receive a $350 credit for my old phone, so I took it. I didn’t transfer to my new phone for about 2 weeks after I received it because I ordered the case on Amazon and that was taking forever so I cancelled it and ordered a case from Verizon. I didn’t see that you were supposed to drop the trade-in off at a UPS store, so I had my husband take it to work with him where they have UPS pickup, along with a couple of Amazon returns. I received credit for my Amazon returns last week, but the trade in hasn’t even been scanned and it’s been a week since I dropped it off. I’m going to lose my credit in 5 days and I’m extremely disappointed because I wouldn’t have gotten a new phone if it hadn’t been for the trade-in offer. I’m sure I messed it up, but is there anything I can do?
