Galaxy S22 Ultra not receiving or sending pictures

I was just "upgraded" to the Galaxy S22 Ultra after the sales rep said my phone (Note 9) antenna was broken when it quit sending/receiving text messages. Ive had this phone a week and here we are, I am unable to send/receive pictures by text message. I've done everything but erase the phone and still unable to correct this issue.

Tmhardin1, I rely on text, so I know how important it is for that service to work properly to stay connected. Doing business with honesty and transparency is important. There is a 30-day return timeframe for phones purchased through Verizon if that is needed. We would like the opportunity to work toward a resolution.
