I have a #Samsung S21+ phone and have been using the Verizon cloud for a few years. It was working on my phone in Nov 2022, but since then I have been getting the following error:
"Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. Please close application and try again (code: 10050)"
I have verified I have the latest version of the application, I have tried reinstalling it and have reboot my phone and nothing is working. I created a case with Verizon but have not heard back.
Please help!
