My family purchased a phone at the end of November 2022. My daughter in law sent her trade in by UPS on December 7, 2022. It was delivered to the Fort Worth facility at the dock on December 8, 2022. Our promo was removed at the end of January because Verizon says they don't have the phone.
What recourse do we have when UPS shows the delivery was made? I am so frustrated. I am ready to move 5 phones to a different carrier.
