Verizon Messages +

I have the Verizon Messages + app downloaded on my iPhone SE 2022 3rd Generation , I signed in on it with my Verizon account information, how can I use it only and not the iMessage currently on iPhone anymore, I like the Verizon Messages + app cause of the features that it has to offer. So how can I go about using it only, is there some settings that I have to apply to use it only and not the Messages app anymore, let me know what I have to do please

We are happy to hear you are enjoying Message+! You can switch between the native texting app on your phone and Verizon Messages (Message+). To select Message+ as the Primary, you can enable strictly Message+ within your Settings > Messages for your iPhone. If any questions arise in taking this step, PM us! We are here for you.

Another question does the iMessage have to be turned off in order for Verizon Message + to work by any means on my iPhone SE 3rd Generation

When I go to Settings and then select Message, where do I go under Message when I click on Message, what to select and deselect under there ,

Not necessarily! Given you are using Message+ as opposed to the preinstalled messaging for the iPhone, it should not need to be enabled. PM us if any other questions come to mind!

How to stop the messages from popping up an the regular Message pre-installed all that be on the iPhone SE 3rd Generation cause when I get a message in the Verizon Messages+ then a message also pops up in the other message app as well, please help me
