Hello everybody,
I'm on my 5th Incredible since April. I love the phone but the speaker that plays media and rings keeps breaking. I've brought it to Verizon's attention but they keep saying it's not a typical issue with the phone. I've called them and wrote them to let me switch to a different type of phone, but they will only keep sending me Incredibles. If you've had this problem, Please Please Please write them an email to their customer service and let them know it is not just me having the problem, as one of them inferred.
