Started last night. I can send and recieve text from other people, but one number I can only recieve calls and text. When I send text, I get a message back that says "message to (#) deleted". I'm not blocked. I get their messages, but they don't get mine. We can call each other just fine. Other person uses at&t and we've never had this issue before. I've forced stop the message app, cleared cache and data, restarted my phone, deleted and reput the contact back into my phone. I don't know what else to do.
