Verizon Dollars

I am not able to get my Verizon Dollars applied to my bill. I used to be able to just click a button on the app and have them applied, but it no longer does this when it brings me to bill payment it shows the available rewards but does not have any way to apply them to the bill.

Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Effective 7/1/22, Device Dollars are no longer part of Verizon Up.

Verizon Dollars are still available through the Verizon Visa card. To use Verizon Dollars on your bill, tap on the Verizon Dollars tile in the My Verizon app or use the Verizon Up tab and scroll down towards the bottom to "Use Your Verizon Dollars."

I'm having the same issue as Jennifer. It shows my Verizon Dollars balance, but when I try to apply it to my bill, there's no way of doing so. The submission button seems to have disappeared.

Any resolution to this? Just spent an hour on the phone with various Verizon reps who had no idea what I was talking about, then I insisted on being transferred to a person who knew what Verizon Dollars are but had no idea how to apply them to my account.

I am having the same problem and have been unable to apply my verizon dollars to my bill for the last two months. It seems to be a programming issue, because there used to be a link on the word "available" when you went to bill payment and it would say "you have $xxx verizon dollars available" but now the link is gone. On the App, and on the Web. Help, please, Verizon!

And No, I can't find Verizon Dollar as a payment option under bill - payment option.

I just paid my June Bill with Verizon Dollar Bill but I cant find anything.

I had almost $700 Verizon Dollar before I applied $220 in June.

I followed the instruction below:

To use Verizon Dollars on your bill, tap on the Verizon Dollars tile in the My Verizon app or use the Verizon Up tab and scroll down towards the bottom to "Use Your Verizon Dollars."

same problem here. What a rip-off to sell Verizon visa & then have no access to use the dollars since they aren’t showing on the app or anywhere. Been on the phone & chat with 7 different people. Extremely poor customer service & no resolution
