Trade in box lost

I didn’t realize I needed to save the box my new phone came in to send my old phone back. I still have the shipping label but no box. What do I do?

Hello! Thank you for participating in our Trade-In Program. Please do not use the envelope as that is to recycle your device. If you no longer have you are able to re-order shipping material (takes up to 3 weeks) or use a different box with the prepaid label sent for Trade-In purposes. Please check FAQ's in the link below:
