Issues Receiving Texts and Calls

I'm having issues with large delays when receiving text messages and phone calls often not coming through at all on my X, but have no issues sending messages or making calls. These problems only seem to occur at my house, as I had no issues while at work today.

I've rebooted multiple times and updated my PRL, but neither seems to have helped all too much.

It would seem that there might be some sort of service issue in my area, but I'm not sure of any way to check.

Does any one else have any other ideas as to why this might be happening or other things I can try to fix it?

Thank you for your feedback with your zip code of 43004. I have checked the coverage map, service issue reports for that zip code. I was not able to find any known issues for that area. The steps you have tried to fix the issue with would be some of things I would have tried. Also by providing us with the steps you have taken, this allows some other different steps to be provided. I suggest making sure your GPS Antenna is connected or perhaps try moving the Network Extender within your home to a different location near a window. Placing the Network Extender close to a window will assist in acquiring a GPS signal. The GPS Signal LED must remain steady blue light to work properly. Hello inter,

You did some great initial troubleshooting. If we look at the common denominator I would agree that we may have an opportunity going on in your home area. If the phone works just fine everywhere else but home, that would lead us to address the home area to resolve this. Have you had good service at home in the past? Also, if you can provide me your city/state/zipcode so I can check into your home area. Please let me know if you have noticed any more trends or if the service has increased.
