I have an issue with my Samsung S21 Ultra with it not loading Voicemail. The first challenge I noticed is even when phone was powered up, I would not get voicemails. I ran a test where I let it got to voicemail and I would see in recent calls the number, but no indication of voicemail and opening voicemail app did not have the voicemail. What I was able to determine is if the phone has "Power Save" enabled, it was not loading the voicemail. I turned it off and tested and was now able to get voicemail.
I thought my problem was solved until I found out someone left me voicemail when my phone was off charging. Unfortunately when I powered up the phone, there was not even an indication of a call or the voicemail. After finding out one should be there, I did a manual refresh from the voicemail app and then I saw the call appear in the recent call listing and the voicemail come in. I was able to easily reproduce this by having someone leave me another voicemail when my phone was powered down. I have already set the Voicemail app battery to unrestricted and am out of ideas. The only workaround is to go in and do a manual refresh every time my phone has been powered down. I am hoping someone has solution.
