I can't receive a straight answer on my 200 dollar gift card

"After checkout, redeem your reward via your Notifications on the My Verizon app or vzw.com/myverizon. Your $200 Verizon Gift Card will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt of claim to the submitted email address."

I'm not capable of doing this. I've looked everywhere which is why I began asking.

I feel as if I'm being waived on with the same generic answer that inevitably doesn't answer my question, nor does the suggestion even exist for me. I check where I'm told to check, no links, no e-mails, nothing. I can't wait 3 months only to find out there was an issue.

It was the reason I decided to switch from ATT to Verizon, and if I was misled I'd like to know before it's too late. I'm excited to be with Verizon, but a little worried after I've been kind of shoo'ed along when I ask about the promotion.

Please, can someone at Verizon that knows what they're talking about please help me to redeem and find the gift card so I don't feel misled? My continued account depends on it, as pathetic as that sounds.

I've attempted talking to a couple customer reps, and somehow each time I get "disconnected" from them. I can't tell if it's actual bad luck, or they're not sure how to help and accidentally disconnect?

Firstly thank you for your help. I realize this isn't your fault, so your time is much appreciated!

That said, I simply cannot for the life of me find out how to get my e-card. It says in the promo after purchasing the phone and plan per the requirements, that I would find a way to redeem or get the redemption started in my notifications tab.

Nothing is in my notifications outside of a blurb on two-factor authentication.

I'm worried if I simply wait it out I'll somehow lose the ability to redeem it due to not doing so soon enough after opening my account. It was a large factor in me deciding to purchase the phone and service with Verizon that I did.

Any help would be so utterly appreciated I cannot convey it in text.

I'm reading a lot of other posters whom had the same issue and never received the cards after months of calls to customer service and it has me quite worried. I really don't want to miss a deadline to get the egift card as it was one of the main reasons i decided to switch and get the phone I did. Any help would be appreciated.

This is also the reason I switched from xfinity to verizon. I have yet to receive an email or any update on my $200 gift card. I will gladly take my service back to xfinity for half of the price that my phone bill is at now if this isn’t corrected.

I still cannot redeem my Target gift card. What is your support email address? Ill forward you the email Im eligible for the gift card redemption for home internet service today March 22 nd, 24.

And my support request keep being closed or I'm giving the runaround when I call CS.

Please assist. I received the email, therefore I'm eligible and it says I'm eligible today on the website and in the app.

This is my third time being told to wait 7-10 days to receive my email for the gift card, after I saw I had to have internet for 60 days to get promotion. I switched to their internet last year and have yet to receive anything about it. Verizon internet is almost twice what I was paying before and I can’t even talk to someone who speaks proper English about the issue. Verizon is not a good company and they know it. Just money hungry company at this point. Definitely switching as soon as I can.

Same issue here. Was offered a $200 Verizon gift card if I upgraded my internet. Now customer service has no use what I’m talking about.

Same problem here. The link is supposed to appear in your My Verizon Account page under Make the Most of your Plans. Not only did that never happen. The Tile which told the Date of the End of Waiting period magically disappeared on the exact day I was to become eligible for the gift card. 3 times now I have contact Verizon Customer Service, one by phone and twice via Chat. Each time they tell me they will submit the required form and I am to wait 5 days for an email. I plan to change services as result of the blatant disregard for the truth.

Hello, I’m having the exact same issue and am unable to get the gift card I was promised. I had to bear with a very slow and bad internet connection for 3 months, all to get this gift card and they have made it impossible to redeem it. I would very much appreciate a reply or private message from a support team.

I am also having this issue. Nothing on my order states anything about the gift card, the only proof I have is it being on the receipt emailed to me. It gives me a link to redeem the gift card there, but conveniently, the link doesn't work.

Hi. I also haven't received my $200 card from Verizon. It really is an incorrect business practice. Yesterday I sent an email to the Federal Trade Commission and reported it on X. Support always has excuses.

I have spent so much time on this. I go what looks like a spam email from Verizon saying that my Rebate of $300 (not $200) was waiting for me, but with the stipulation that I buy products from Verizon. This is not what I was promised.

I made the decision to switch from ATT when promised the $200. That was back in August. Still no rebate after multiple calls and being told it was coming.

Someone please help me.
