My phone dialer doesn’t recognize my voicemail PIN. I have changed the voicemail PIN multiple times, as have the Verizon tech support people who have helped me. I have tried a third-party phone dialer. I have cleared the cache and storage and uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I have restarted the phone or powered it off and on. The response is the same; I enter the voicemail PIN, press #, and it repeats the request to enter the voicemail PIN until I either hang up or it reaches the maximum number of "failed" attempts. At this point, it tells me to contact customer service or my system administrator, and I receive the following text message:
Free Message - Too many failed dial in attempts were made to your voice mailbox. Dial in is locked for 30 min. We suggest changing your PIN.
I suspect it is an operating system problem, and I've already submitted a bug report to Google. Still, I want to exhaust all my support options to get this feature working again. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas, I'd appreciate it.
