I just got my phone a few days ago. SMS and everything else was working smoothly... until a day after I bought it, I shut it off during class. Ever since then I've been experiencing problem after problem after problem. I can not send or recieve texts, make or recieve calls, and now I'm not getting updates from facebook, only from my e-mail. when I have wireless connection/service I can BBM but it takes a while to go through. I have shut it off and taken out the battery. I have taken out the battery while still on. I called tech and was on the phone for a long time only to have the (very nice) woman say there must have been something wrong with the network. i dont know what else to do euh.
