I have a question in mind to ask you regarding exchanging a phone device at a Russell Cellular Wireless location right, is this true that when you get a phone from one of those type of locations as a Authorized Retailer place that you have to wait 30 days before you can exchange it for a different one if you decide that you want a different one if I don't wanna keep the one that I currently have, cause I tried to exchange mine one day this past week at the one I got it from as I ordered it online as a new line of the promotion that it has on it right and the woman that I talked to at a different location and she sure said that I have to wait 30 days before I can exchange it if I wish to exchange it. I done had it since March 26th on a Sunday. I even went to the corporate store to see if I could do it there but I couldn't as those are 2 different cellular phone places right and the guy said to tell them plain and simple that I wanna exchange it as I tried to. I even told that person at the location of what I wanted and she gonna had the need to say we don't have what you want. I said about 3 to 4 different devices to see if they was in stocks and she said no. I did not even believe her. I hate that I got the phone from that location to begin with. I know not to never ever get it from no Authorized retailer anymore. From now on from a Company Corporate store only or from online and have it shipped to me or to pick up at a Corporate store one. Fed up with that woman who did not wanna be nice to me at the Authorized retailer location. I wanna hear from somebody on here to see what you have to say when it comes to exchanging a device at a Authorized retailer store
