Unauthorized add ons

I woke up to bigger than expected bill with a bunch of add ons that were not added by me including Google Play Pass (all the lines are Apple lines). How can I stop add ons from being added unilaterally by Verizon? This is the second time this month I’ve found unauthorized add on.
