How do I disable 1 Verizon ID? I selected 1 Verizon Id to combine tv and wireless and now all sign ins have to go through my granddaughters phone number which I do not have access too. I did not have that problem when the accounts were separate. Thanks, I've spent 3 hours with support and they have not been able to change it back.
