I trading in my 13 for a 14 pro max back in February 2023 before I did that the guy told me about the trade in promotion they have where they will take the entire price off fully for my new phone and or Verizon visa gift card so I did the trade in a few weeks go by I called to see if they received my phone they said no so a month goes by I called still the same answer so I was upset cause how I ask to speak to a supervisor which I was giving the run around to speak to one finally was able to speak to one and he said they recived it so I’m like when will I receive my credit he said my phone was valued at a 1000 dollars and that I will see it on the next billing cycle mine you it’s been a month so I’m like ok anothe month goes by still haven’t seen the credit taken of and or visa gift card cause at this point something need to happen for y’all have my phone I could have just kept which I switched from T-Mobile to them so still nothing calls get the run around once again nothing happen a week goes by again get the run around now I’m completely upset and overwhelmed last month I called to see what’s going on they said they will investigate who told me the first promotion now today I called nothing still hasn’t happen and they still saying I have to stick with the portion I was told over the phone because that’s all they can do and I can’t get my phone back after I clearly told them I did not agree with was told to me over the phone because that was not what I was told in the store which I agree too and which is why I traded my phone in they want me to agree to 27 dollars off each month for 36 months like no I would never agree to that I just want my phone or the full 1000 off my phone not 27 off the phone for 36 months that’s crazy
