I've tried updating phone numbers on my usage log with nicknames. Every time I click the phone number, a box to add/update the number pops up very briefly. I've changed a phone number to a nickname several times before.
It wasn't working for me the other day, either. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the recent outage or hiccup or whatever the web site was experiencing because there's also other features that don't always work correctly or consistently.
Being able to make updates to nicknames in your My Verizon usage logs is definitely important, kngoff11. It is certainly a nice feature to help quickly identify calls in your call log online. We would like to gather some additional details so we can help work on getting this fixed. What happens if you try a different web browser? What happens after you clear cookies & cache in your browser? If you're unsure how to do this, please let us know what browser you're using, and we can provide some steps.

I tried to do the same thing on Firefox, but couldn't. The box to add/change nicknames blinked on for 1-2 seconds and the disappeared.

It's still not working for me. This isn't the first time that it's been messed up; it's happened several times over the years, unfortunately.
I tried to add a nickname but could only add one character/letter.
I have the Same problem and it is a pain in the butt!! I hope they fix it soon!!!!!
I have tried different browers, deleted cache's and tried different devices in my home and it still will not let me update!
