Does anyone know who to contact to get messages delivered to vtext.com. I stopped receiving text alerts from my financial institution due to vtext.com blocking messages.
Does anyone know how to get support for messages being sent to vtext.com for email to SMS. I stopped receiving messages from my Credit union recently and they are telling me Verizon is blocking them from sending. How can i get these messages back?

You might try emailing the Verizon Messaging Team at verizonmessages at verizonwireless dot com. I have had some communication with them but regarding the email to text via vtext.com and vzwpix.com has received little attention. Their server uses cloudfilter.net to filter the emails and support at that provider has not responded.

What is the new platform? Does it have anything to do with cloudfilter.net, which is where messages are being throttled?
What does that mean? How does that answer help us in any way?
Emails to vtext.com from our public IP are blocked by vrz-sms.mx.a.cloudfilter.net. How can we get this IP unlblocked so that we can start using vtext again? [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] (the operator of the service that Verizon uses) says that only Verizon can do this but they do not know who to contact at Verizon to get this done.
