I'm looking to buy a used phone, and since both the EnV 3 & Touch were placed under feature phones, shortly before disappearing from the Verizon website, I was wondering if they will still need a data plan package once activated? Thanks.

Yes, all three of these phones utilize the same type charger (micro USB).
