Cannot send gifs from inside Message+ app

Error message from Message+

When selecting a gif from inside the app, I receive this error message:

"Message size limit
reached
Sorry, you cannot add this image
to your message."

Message+ and phone are app up-to-date

Happens with any connection type - wifi or data.

Happens with all gifs, but I can send photos and videos.

Does Verizon have a size limit on gifs that is set too low? Are there Tenor or Giphy specific settings?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Have you tried to delete the application or clear cache? In the past GIFs were not an option, but that has been modified.
