Dear Verizon. I have called and chatted atleast 15 times to receive a $200 per line rebate from my purchase of 3 phones and lines on 3/30/23 to Verizon without any success. I don't have time to keep calling back when this should be so simple. We purchased and moved three lines within the time frame and should have 3 egift cards for $200.00 each. I have four declined tracking forms stating that the rebate is not valid. When I call back the associate goes back through all of my details, same questions and they say we have everything that we need and are within the time frame but still no egift cards. I have not heard from anyone. I'd like to turn this into the Better Business Bureau because I feel after reading all of the other customer's complaints that this is a known issue. I left my other carrier after 18 years to join verizon. I love the service with Verizon but was promised that I would receive this promotion in an egift card and I still don't have it . It's very frustrating. Can anyone help me actually get these cards so I can put them towards my bill. I was supposed to also receive 25% off on all of our phone cases and screen protectors via our corporate discount with our employer and they said that it wasn't valid at the store we used to move our phones to Verizon and I was charged full price. It cost me over $1400.00 to switch 3 phones which is why I'd like to see the $600.00 back towards our bills. I was shocked when this switch cost me this much money for 3 phones, (we traded new phones in) cases, screen protectors, activation fees then fees to move my information from the old phone to the new phone. I hope someone reads this and can help me. Thank you in advance.
