I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 and I can no longer receive text messages. However I can still send them. I have restarted my phone several times. I have checked my network connections. I have deleted all my old text messages. Could it be an issue with the Messages application? If so, how would I fix that. Thanks. Also, my phone did an update earlier when I reset it. As it was updating it said "UI" not sure what that stands for ?
