I am unable to send or receive any messages using my phone. I have sent and received a few this morning and then about 11:00am I noticed that i wasn't receiving any responses. Messages said sent but did not show received. This is to several people on my contact list and I confirmed by calling that they had sent messages I didn't receive and that they hadn't received my messages.
I have updated all apps and software on the phone, reset the network setting, cleared Verizon Message+ App cache, I have no blocked contacts, I have plenty of available storage, I went to the Verizon website and blocked and then unblocked receiving pictures and video in messaging to try and reset, I tried switching messaging apps, I have removed and re-installed the SIM card.
When I called the automated Verizon help the first thing asked was weather I am having problem with messaging app. Clearly something is going on.
