Was speaking with Fraud Department (aptly named in my opinion) and in the middle of that call VZ suspended all 4 lines on the account. Borrowed phone from neighbor to call back and the rep tells me she cannot help me. I asked her who can I speak with to get this fixed, she says 'who would you like to speak to?'. Are you kidding me???
I switched over from t-mobile to VZ and now I am stuck in a Twilight Zone. This type of customer service ion this day and age is shameful
