I went to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro for a value of $800 and my credit has still not been applied to my phone balance . I am currently paying the regular amount for and IPhone 13 Pro Max !!! Im almost half way done with the payments, they had also fixed my payments for $5 a month for that trade in and. Yet the credit was never applied! After I get my credit to pay off the phone I will not go back to Verizon!
