I have downloaded Call Filter on my iPhone. It shows No Plan and when I'm trying to enroll into one of the Call Filter plans, it throws me "Unable to subscribe you to Call Filter/Call Filter Plus" error
I'm sorry you are having trouble downloading Call Filter. Are you a current Verizon wireless customer? Did you purchase your iPhone from Verizon? Are you able to use other apps? -Joe
I am an existing Verizon Customer. No, I did not purchase my iPhone from Verizon. However, BYOD has limitations only with Android and not with iOS as per Verizon's website https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/call-filter/
What else could be the reason for my issue?
Thank you for the additional details. Do you have a postpaid or prepaid account with us? Are you able to use other Verizon apps as well?
