My son dropped my phone last night and damaged the screen. by this morning the screen was completely shot. I attempted to log in to my verizon account via my laptop and it is requiring me to verify via my cell phone, which is not accessible. There is no way for me to bypass this. I have tried, visited a local store and attempted to put SIM card into several other phones....NONE have worked.
