Can’t receive texts from just one person

I suddenly can’t receive any texts from my cousin. She is not on my blocked list., I checked. I have been receding texts from others just fine. This is happening on both my Samsung S21 as well as on my iPad, different messaging apps. Any suggestions?

Hello, CJinVA, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with receiving messages form a specific number. Are you having any issues with using data? Is the messaging issue happening on and off WiFi? Have you been able to power your device off and back on to see if that helps?

I powered off/on my phone and my iPad. No change. I also turned off wi-fi and used only cellular. No change. This is only happening for one person. She is on an iPhone11, also on Verizon.

Thanks for trying that. When messaging via Apple, are you using iMessage? Is your cousin able to text other numbers successfully without a problem? Do her messages show that they are sent?

I use the message+ app on my iPad. She is not having a problem with anyone else, and, yes, her messages to me show as sent.
