I noticed on bank statement that I was charged twice. This is my first billing so I called verizon they show only 1 payment. Why would my bank show it taken out twice ? 1 says authorization other says MC purchase. Both for the exact amount.

I recently had this problem occur and was j able to close off the payment arengment. So my card was charged twice. I need my money for my other utilities asap.
