I did the online deal where you trade in your phone and get $800 credit for iphone 14+ back in april, I chose to trade in my phone in person. When ai went to a store they told me they didn’t see the phone on trade ins, so we called customer service and they gave us a shipping label. Fast forward a month later, we get an email saying our promo didn’t go through, we call customer service again and the lady told us she fixed it and we got our promo back. Fast forward to today and it says we lost our promo AGAIN. I don’t understand how it keeps going back and forth, and i really don’t want to be on another phone call for over an hour.
