Invalid Gift card Pin

Hi,

I bought a gift card from Verizon that I am unable to redeem as the gift card pin on the card is only 7 digits. I had another card that i used that had an 8 digit pin. I was able to confirm the balance on the bad GC but am unable to use because of the pin issue. Can someone please help me? I have been on the phone for almost 3 hours now getting passed from one place to another. The 800.876.4141 number is all automated and am unable to reach a human via that. Would appreciate your help.

I'm having the same problem when attempting to use it to pay my verizon fios bill. I verified I have a $100 balance on the card.

I first attempted to add the 7 number pin and appended 0-9, none of these worked.

I did the same thing prefixing the 7 digit pin and it worked when I got to 3.

So, adding 3 then the 7 digit pin along with the gift card number, I was successful.

This didn’t work for me. I received a 200 dollar Verizon gift card for opening a new line and the PIN number is 7 digits long but the system asks for 8 digits. Trying to use it to pay the bill, but now I feel like I just got played.
