Signed up for Home Internet and was offered an Xbox S console or a $200 Home Depot Gift card. The email I received giving me directions for claiming either didn't work. I've chatted, called, been transferred, hung up on, etc.
I can see the offer on my account but every time I try to claim it, it gives me a 'contact us' message. All I do is chase my tail.
Today when I tried to claim it again, got the same 'contact us' message plus the option to choose the Xbox S Console is no longer an option. Wonder when the option to claim the Home Depot card will disappear?
Apparently, the customer service reps can't even see your account any longer. They used to have top notch customer service. The last one I talked to had a rooster crowing in the back ground.
