Link to a phone number in the OneTalk app

Hello,

I am a software developer who wants to link to the OneTalk app from the app I am building. Specifically, when someone clicks a phone number in our app, it opens the OneTalk with that phone number entered in the keypad. Is this possible through an API or setting?

+1 I would also like to know how to call Verizon One Talk and pass the number to initiate a call.
