VZW asked me to delete and reinstall my call filter in relation to a totally separate issue - which I've done.
However, on reinstalling it, whenever I hit get started with my cell phone number automatically filled in, I get thrown back after a minute or so to the landing page with the error banner at the bottom of the page saying "We couldn't authenticate your device, please try again later.". Needless to say, trying again later doesn't help.
Similarly, when I go to Manage Device->Call Filter web page on My Verizon, I can't turn the Call Filter button to "on" - it just reloads the page with it set to "off" all the time. I've tried different browsers and different devices.
I am using the same VZW device, my original iPhone 12 Pro Max - a VZW device.
Any help would be appreciated.
