Can't redeem Xbox offer

So when I signed up I was told after the original 60 days I could redeem my home offer for a free Xbox but when I go to the redeem screen the option is grayed out. I spoke with a representative a few weeks ago and they told me the issue is being looked at. I still cannot claim my offer and the deadline is Aug 25 . I would like some feedback

I’m having the exact same issue except I haven’t been able to even get to the “For you, on us” tab. I was trying to figure it out for a week now since the email came and all I can see is it’s changed from Xbox to $50 gift card offer but no claim area.

Dubie075, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with redemption. Below are the redemption steps for the Xbox offer. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.

1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".

Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.

4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.

Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series S console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series S console is shown.

5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.

I can't click on the redeem button it's all Grey.

When I accept the Terms and Conditions and click select, I get this error message "There was an error when adding this Xbox Series X promotion to your verizon account. Please try again later."

I have redemption tile, can click, but get error saying cannot add try again later. Chat and get told just try another time till it works

I am having the same problem. I can’t redeem my Xbox. I got an email to redeem it, but when I go to the page there is no tile for it. Please help!

I also need help getting my Xbox. This is beyond ridiculous. The tile was in the app before I got signed up for the internet then it magically disappeared (funny coincidence huh) after I signed up. Got the email saying I was eligible and had a support request elevated (apparently) but still no resolution. Tried both on a web browser and in app and the Xbox series S tile will not show under make the most of your plan. Please help!

I had the same issues, my card said it was used and added to a different account the first time I tried to use it after redeeming. I called Verizon a few times and some to agents. They didn’t know how to fix it. Go figure! A year later I can still see the balance but still can’t use the e gift card. How do they give someone a used Xbox e gift code

I had the same problem, Visited store, they showed me how to redeem, all greyed out, Told XBOX unavailable at this time. I called and stayed on phone with representative who kept putting me on hold hopping i would hang up. stayed on phone for 45 minutes before being told we will get back to you in 5 business days. Never was able to get xbox as promised by verizon. They real you in, get you to sign up, fail to follow through, now your stuck using them. Will change my service as soon as possible. Never received help or feedback from customer service like they said they would. Not a good company at all.
