It will be a year next week since I shipped off my old phone for trade in. It was received, but I never got credited. I’ve called in several times now and was always told that they have filled out the form to get my account credited but it NEVER HAPPENS. I’m at my wits end. I’m tired of spending and hour on the phone just to get lied to. If anyone can help, please contact me, I’m about to cancel service.
