My phone was reported stolen and then paid off to break the Verizon contract. Then phone was returned. We told Verizon we have phone back and remove it from blacklist . Verizon told us 5 times it was removed from the blacklist .but everytime we check it was still on there. Then finally we were told by Verizon they didn't do it they can't fix it. That can't be true apple won't black list it . It's paid off why can't it be removed form the list .it's a 1500$ paperweight
