We're sorry to hear that you're not able to hear private calls. Are you able to hear other calls? Would you be able to test this by having somebody call you using a *67 prefix and without to see if it rings each time?

I have the issue that my home number is showing up as private on my cell phone. I cannot receive calls from my house they go directly to voicemail. My wife's phone does receive calls from our house and they are labeled as "restricted" not private. We both have the same phones Samsung S21.
