SMS Text 63 Character Limit

Usually I have a 160 character limit for my Samsung S21 text messages, but suddenly all of my outgoing SMS texts are being broken into blocks with 63 character limits. This occurred without restarting the phone or any updates. The issue persists regardless of whether I'm using the Samsung Messages app or the Verizon Messages + app.

These are plain text, SMS messages to single recipients. No emojis or special characters included.
