Verizon Wireless is the MOST expensive cell company in America. They rave about how wonderful their service is and that might contribute to the higher monthly pricing. I switched from T-Mobile (never had any issues at all other than where I live, the coverage was spotty. Verizon is not much better. I live 15 miles west of Ann Arbor, MI a large city btw).
Since switching to Verizon, the mms feature for pictures or group messages works when IT wants to work. You will be in the middle of group messaging no issues, then poof it fails to send. Nothing changed, signal is still the same. Just stops working. This will be out for a few minutes to an hour. This happens no matter where I am at. Not just my house.
I have read COUNTLESS other people on these forums with the same problem. It is ALWAYS the Galaxy phones and MMS messaging features. I have called Verizon at least once a week, done all their GARBAGE troubling shooting, yet the problem ALWAYS comes back. Have went around and around about 20 times. That doesn't seem right to me.
For a multi BILLION dollar company, fix your CHIT. Seriously, the Galaxy phone is the flagship of Samsung. Next to the I Phone, it is the largest selling phone in their line up. Why not correct this problem once and for all. T-Mobile never gave any problems like this. SO I am paying more money per month so I can have a phone with a little stronger signal at my house but the features on the phone DO NOT work as intended? Unacceptable, this company should do better.
