I recently as in less than two months ago switched to Verizon. I spoke with multiple agents before switching. They told me of the promotion for $200 prepaid debit gift card for each ported line, I ported 4.
I was expecting a verizon prepaid debit (Visa or mastercard) as it even states on the website and or rebate phone number.
Instead I revieved verizon online and or instore gift cards.
I have disputed, as I have zero use for those "gift cards ".
I needed the prepaid debit cards to pay off my tmobile stuff, and a bill.
I have been told multiple times this is being escalated and they will resolve, nothing has happened. They all seem to act like idk what I'm talking about.....
Good thing I have track record (data) to state otherwise.
They are rip offs, should have stayed with tmobile.
