I switched to Verizon one month ago and within 3 days my phone began intermittently dropping calls. It has done this in multiple locations. Three times it was at the exact 30 minute mark in the call. Other times it is when my phone rings and I answer. Every single time I get the same weird message… something like:
”The Verizon customer you’re trying to call has restrictions and your call cannot be completed”
The message makes zero sense since I’m receiving calls or in the middle of calls when it happens. It never happened with ATT.
They made me do tier 1 troubleshooting twice, then get a new sim, then have tier 2 reactivate the sim… still happening. They finally did a ticket but if I don’t have someone tell me what might be happening today I’m changing back to ATT.
