Total joke! Signed up for Verizon Home 5g and was told I would get a $200 Home Depot card. After several inquiries and a handful of reps that don't seem to know anything and tell you they are having system issues, still no card. Was recently told they are "all out" of cards - seriously? How is this even legal? Fraudulent and deceptive company. Switching back to Xfinity - they may be more expensive but at least they don't lie to get customers.
