On 08/04/23, was told by Wireless Care Team that there would be a "tile" under My Account, Make the Most of Your Plan", where I should click on "Get your choice on us: NFL or Chromebook". This was part of a promo for getting the 5G Home Internet, and that this "tile" would be available today, 08/11/23. I need to do this to redeem the Chromebook promotion.
The tile is not there to redeem. There are 2 other tiles, but not the one I need. Searches on the Verizon website got nowhere, and trying the Verizon Assistant was just as effective. Where is the tile?
