NFL Sunday Ticket on Us

My fiance and I switched to Verizon on the unlimited plus plans and purchased 2 new phones. We were told we would receive a redemption email for NFL Sunday ticket on August 11. It is now August 17 and I have received nothing. I called customer service and they said they would open a ticket and I would get the email in no more than 5 days. It's been more than 5 days and still nothing. Has anyone actually received the redemption info?

Similar thing happened to me. I got the email and tried to sign up for the free Sunday Ticket, but when I did it just took me through this loop that never worked. Tried customer support and nothing helped there. Seems typical for Verizon, I guess I should have never come back to them.

was told I was eligible if I upgraded my lines. I checked ahead of time with an agent. I upgraded all my lines and was told I would get an email in the next 24-48 hours. Email never came. Then I get on another chat and go through another 90 mins of back and forth and told a ticket was being created and it would be taken care of. I would get an email in 24 hours. Never came. Today I get on again and am told I am not eligible to NFL Sunday Ticket and that the agent misinformed me. They can tell you that you are eligible and then change it. Somehow, when I asked them to bring up my chats, they said they have no access to prior chats. And there is not way to save any transcriptions of any chats. I wonder why?

I got a new unlimited plus plan on AUGUST 5, with the galaxy s23 ultra. I was told I qualified for free Sunday ticket, because me and the reps at the store were joking about adding a new line to get it. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH WHERE IS MY EMAIL THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE TO SET IT UP!!!!

No email exists. We were told give them 24 to 48 hours to receive the activation code for Sunday ticket on them. We were told rhat by 4 different reps, each one saying the previous rep didn't do it properly. We asked for a supervisor and told none available and instead transfered to yet another rep only to be told the same.

Did all to qualify and all for the same feedback for be given that it is being "escalated " then receive messages that the issue has been resolved when in fact it has not been.

How far in the redemption process were you able to go before hitting a hard stop? What type of escalation was submitted on your behalf?

Same exact issue now in 2024 ! its active on my account but never got the activation email. HOURS on hold...stores wont or cant help and support is well less than helpful

Also been a nightmare for me. Upgraded phone via Verizon chat agent earlier in September who ensured I would receive the NFL Sunday ticket offer. But he didn't choose the correct upgrade option and another agent had to separately upgrade my unlimited plan. That agent also stated unequivocally that I would receive the offer once I activated my phone. A few days later, activated my phone, no tile with the offer. Another agent said they submitted an escalation ticket and it would be resolved in 48 hours. 48 hours later, nothing happened. Another agent submitted another ticket and authorized $53 credit. Was told issue would be resolved 4-5 business days. Finally got an email notifying the offer was available and a tile appeared on my account to redeem the offer. Clicked on it, sent me to a page that said the offer had already been redeemed or was no longer available. Seriously?!?! Agent submitted another ticket, told it would be fixed in 4-5 days, was told I would receive $54 credit. 8 days later, still not fixed and credit was not applied to my account. I've spent easily over 10 hours chatting with agents. 17 year customer with Verizon and thinking about leaving and possibly seeking restitution.
