iPhone 13 Pro and Verizon Smart Family review

Tried to use smart family with iPhone 10, many of the features didn’t work.

I wish to block certain hours of calling and texting on the phone, already limiting access to my WiFi during certain hours just cannot stop the cellular network.

Will the $4.99 a line monthly service do this on an iPhone 13?
