I received a letter from Asurion on Sept 2023 for a claim from May 2022. They say I did not return the broken device and are now going to charge me $175 on Sept 7, 2023. I have had no other correspondence other than closer to the claim time asking if I had returned the device. I did return the device in their return packaging within a week of receiving the new device. I cannot reach anyone at the phone number 1-888-881-2622 that they provided for contact. I also tried via the Asurion website with no luck of being able to contact anyone, no claims support, nothing.
Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have a phone number? A credible way to contact them?
